- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return window.
- If the requested size is unavailable, the return will be processed as a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable, insured service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
