Return Policy
At Designer Clothing Shop, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we gladly accept returns of saleable merchandise for a refund or exchange.
Please note the following rules apply:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item being received at the delivery address provided at checkout.
• Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page or at checkout.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Designer Clothing Shop reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise is in resaleable condition.
Price Adjustments:
If your item was purchased at full price and is reduced within 10 days of purchase, we are happy to honor a price adjustment.
How to Submit a Return Request
1. Click on the dropdown menu at the top of the page
2. Select “Register” or “Log in”
3. Enter the email used at checkout and click ‘Continue’
4. A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email
5. Use that code within 15 minutes to access your return portal
Note: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about these listings.
