Shipping policy

Order processing time:

This is the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves a thorough quality check of the product and making sure the product is packaged securely. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be properly packaged and ready for the courier to collect. Processing time may increase during peak/holiday seasons. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with the tracking information will be sent. 

Shipping time:

This is the amount of time it takes to receive your order after the order has shipped. Please allow four to seven business days for your order to be delivered.  Our couriers are FedEx, UPS and USPS.  

International  customers :

Please  note  that  there  is  a  75.00  shipping  charge and items can take up to 30 days to be deliver.  Please check with your country’s customs to find if there will be a charge whe you pick up your item at arriving destination.
