  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 14-day return window.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, the return will be processed as a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Price Adjustments

  • If you purchased an item at full price and it goes on sale within 10 days, you may request a one-time price adjustment.
