Shipping

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. (5–7 business days). Express shipping is also available for $15 (2–3 business days).

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Q: Will I be charged duties or taxes for international orders?

A: Possibly. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in your order total. These must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

Q: How long does international shipping take?

A: Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

A: No. For security and tracking purposes, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be delivered to a physical street address to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags. Final sale items are not returnable. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Q: Do you charge restocking fees?

A: No. We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.

Q: Are your products authentic?

A: Yes. All items sold by Designer Clothing Shop are 100% authentic and purchased directly from official designer boutiques. We do not source from third-party suppliers or resellers. Every item is new, unworn, and selected with care.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue with a refund, exchange, or replacement—depending on availability.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. If your order has already shipped, you may return it in accordance with our return policy.
